HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Within your “My Ripple Effect” account, you may visit the “track your order” tab and view the current status of your order upon entering your order number.
- As soon as your order ships, Ripple Effect will send you an email with the relevant tracking information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders will arrive to the destination address within 7 working days on an average. Working days exclude weekends or any public holidays across India. We ensure that we ship all products exclusively through reputed courier partners in order to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the least time possible.Once the order is placed, an estimated delivery time is displayed on the order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
For customized/personalized/bulk orders the time will vary based on quantity asked for or kind of personalization required.
In certain circumstances, delivery may take longer due to:
- Inventory un-availability
- Incorrect address/shipping destination fed in the system
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
For a delay caused due to any of the above situations, Ripple Effect will proactively reach out to you to inform you about the same. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for any such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY REACH & THE DELIVERY COST OF THE PRODUCT?
- You will have to enter your pin code in order to know whether our courier service can deliver the product to your location. In the event that the courier partner is unable to deliver in your area, we will try and ship your items via India Post, post confirmation on the possibilities of the same. You will receive the confirmation via mail & call for the same.
- You will have to enter your pin code in order to receive the delivery cost for the particular product you have selected.
I SHIPPED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN YOU RESHIP MY ORDER TO A NEW ADDRESS?
We do accommodate an address change request but only in cases where Ripple Effect is informed of address change prior to dispatch of product(s) from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:
- Calling our customer care on 9819198379 / 9833162058, check if the product has been dispatched or not and then request for your product(s) to be shipped to the revised address
- Email us on email@example.com
- Post confirmation with our customer care that your order has not been dispatched, please log in to your Ripple Effect account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and update your shipping address.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
- Incase of a size change kindly login to your Ripple Effect account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and product(s) that you wish to exchange in case of a change in size.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE?
At Ripple Effect our customer satisfaction is of uttermost priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us immediately. You may do so by:
- In case a damaged product needs to be returned, we will need a picture for proof of the damaged product which you needs to be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours (2 days) post the delivery.
- Call our customer care on 9819198379 / 9833162058, and request for your product(s) to be returned/state your query.
- We will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) within 10-12 working days. In case we are unable to replace your damaged product(s), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your damaged product(s), verify the damage on receipt at our warehouse, and provide you with a full refund within 15 working days (excluding shipping cost).
- Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with our customer service team to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.
- Our courier partners will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your product to your doorstep. In case you are not reachable or do not accept delivery of the product in these attempts, we reserve our right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order in certain situations such as limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. In an ordinary circumstance, we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- Whether a delivery can be made to your doorstep or not depends on:
- Whether our Sellers/ courier partners ship to your location, Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
- You may receive your order in more than one packaging as your purchases may come from various locations.
- You agree that the title to the product is transferred to you at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of Shipping of Goods and COD which are to be done in due course.
RIPPLE EFFECT WILL EXCHANGE/RETURN PRODUCTS AS PER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- No product return/exchange request can be made post 48 hours (2 working days) from the time/date of delivery of the product to customer.
- Post verification, any wrong product delivered will be replaced within 10-12 days from the date of complaint put in by the customer with the correct order. In case we are unable to replace the wrong product with the correct order (due to any unforeseen situation), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the wrong product delivered, verify the same on the receipt at our warehouse, and provide you with a full refund (including delivery cost) within 15 working days.
- It is mandatory for all returned products to be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and they should be returned with original packaging with shipping label & tags in place. Products without tags, original packaging and shipping label will not be accepted.
- Ripple Effect waivers the return shipping fee (within India) for product(s) exchange due to size change (in case of apparels & shoes), replacement of damaged product or wrong product being delivered to the customer.
- If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a credit refund for the value of the discount. Instead, the credit points will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase for products that need a refund.
- Please Note: Items other than Apparels & Shoes are not subject to exchange unless there is a defect in the product or wrong product has been delivered. Any item that is not eligible for return will be stated on the product description page.
- Post verification, it will be the sole discretion of the brand to accept or reject the return request from the customer. On receiving a confirmation from the brand to accept the return, Ripple Effect will inform the customer and initiate the refund process in credit points as per Ripple Effect policy.
IN CASE OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- No returns cost borne by the Service provider or the Vendor.
- The customer can return or exchange the product entirely at their cost.
- No Cash On Delivery will be offered for products outside India.

- Exchange/Returns will be accepted only for apparels/shoes incase of size changes required & all other sales will be considered final.
- Ripple Effect is not responsible for any customs duties/taxes charged on any international orders. The customer has to bear the cost of the same.
FOR ALL THE BELOW REASONS THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED THE RETURN SHIPMENT FEES
- Providing Invalid Shipping Address
- Non Acceptance of the shipment
- Non availability to accept the shipment (after two failed attempts of delivery on the provided address) In all such cases, the goods will be shipped back to the brand and customer will be charged for this reshipment within 3 days.
